Apply now for the Helga and Michael Conrad Scholarship for Women in Leadership: The scholarship winner will receive €53,000 in tuition support for the Berlin School Executive MBA in Creative Leadership program starting March 2017 in Berlin. Extended Deadline to apply: December 22, 2016.

The Berlin School of Creative Leadership’s President Michael Conrad and his wife, Helga, have founded a full scholarship for the Berlin School of Creative Leadership’s Executive MBA program. This scholarship is designed to further the development of women in leadership positions in the creative industries. This special scholarship will support the participation of an outstanding female Executive MBA program candidate committed to deepening the understanding of diversity and the role of women in the practice of creative leadership.

The winning applicant will receive €53,000 tuition support for the Berlin School Executive MBA in Creative Leadership program starting March 5th 2017, in Berlin, Germany. Deadline to apply for the scholarship is December 22nd, 2016. Winners must cover or finance the balance of tuition fees not covered by the scholarship as well as travel and lodging costs during the modules. All female members of ADC Germany/ADC Switzerland/Creativ Club Austria/Strategie Austria as well as female leaders nominated by any member of the mentioned organizations or supporting companies encouraging great female creatives to take on leadership positions.

 

How do I apply?

To apply, please respond to both the following questions (in addition to completing the standard Berlin School of Creative Leadership EMBA application):

1.  How do you envision greater diversity and female leaders driving more effective creative leadership in the next five years? Please articulate the complexity of the issue. (~500 words)

2.  Describe a potential EMBA thesis topic that extends our knowledge and practical understanding of the benefits of greater diversity and the role of women to the future leadership of creative businesses. Layout a way to deal with the dilemma, if you feel there is one.  (~500 words)
